This process cleans the tile and grout, removing all soap scum, dirt & mold. After the shower has been thoroughly cleaned, we seal the shower walls, floor and grout with a penetrating sealer designed for interior / exterior use.

• Bathroom Vanity Honing & Polishing

  The second phase of Granite Heroes bathroom maintenance program is the restoration of bathroom vanities. Marble vanities require anti etch treatment to remove water spots, etching & ring marks from your bathroom vanities. This process completely restores the factory finish the countertops originally were installed with. The countertops are sealed with a multi-step process designed to preserve and protect the countertops from daily wear and tear.

  Bathroom Vanity Fine Print:

  Vanities with crack repair, chipping or excessive damage will be estimated accordingly to project scope and client request. Silicon or caulking will also be estimated accordingly to the project scope.

• Bathroom Floor Cleaning & Sealing

  The last step of our marble bathroom cleaning service is the deep cleaning & sealing of the bathroom floor tiles & grout. We deep clean the floor tile and grout with a stone safe cleaning solution. The stone cleaner is designed to neutralize the floor leaving the surface streak free, or residue free. The floor is sealed with an indoor / outdoor rated penetrating stone sealer designed to protect against water, oil and is UV resistant.

  Marble floors requiring polishing, anti-etching systems, spot and stain removal will be estimated accordingly to project scope and client request. Grout maintenance or tile replacement will also be estimated accordingly to the project scope.
